Let's just know something...5:30 is not my favorite wake up time.  Oh well, the day has started.  Time for breakfast,   then we roll out to our job sites at 7.

Well, we've all figured out what we will be doing for the week and the crews we are working with.  We start at 7 in the morning and do not come back until 4.  I think we are all ready to work.  I don't know if i'll be able to let the students write since we don't have internet for the computer, but I'll sure try to make that happen if I can.  Heading to worship....

We made it safe and sound to the Ft. Walton Fairgrounds where we'll be staying this week.  We're waiting around until 4pm when we will go to the church where worship will be every night to meet our crews and take pictures.  If you would like, you can go to WWW.world-changers.net and leave "encouragrams" that will end up in our envelopes each day.  I'll leave more later.

We're staying the night in Pelham, AL tonight, cutting the trip to Florida into two days to make it easier to get there by 2pm on Monday. We had a good meal at Golden Corral tonight and now we're in our rooms getting ready to head to bed so we can tackle the last leg of the trip tomorrow. Lindsay and Amber are heading out of Henderson Monday morning around 4am and will get to our site later in the day. They had to leave later because Amber was finishing up a softball tournament in Indianapolis and wasn't done before we left on Sunday. Please keep us in prayer during the week...travel, 4 full days of work, Florida in July (hot), and 12 people together wearing on each other all week. It's always a challenge to do anything as a group, but I know there are big plans for this week. Feel free to e-mail (jaycarter16@gmail.com) or call me to check up during the week. We'll try our best to keep this updated as much as possible, depending on internet connection where we're staying and pictures that are taken during the week.

It's the night before we leave.  Everything is packed (I hope) and ready to go.  I know for a fact that God has big plans for this week...there is too much I've noticed that has either happened or not happened for all of this to come together like it is.  I'm excited about what we'll see unfold this coming week.  I'll post a picture of the group before we leave tomorrow.
